8.2 Posting Materials to Site.

By posting materials to or communicating with other participants on the Site or in an Interactive Communication, you represent and warrant to us that:

1. you have all necessary rights to such materials, and that the posting of such materials will not infringe on any personal or proprietary rights of any third party, including its intellectual property rights; and
2. such materials are not harmful, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene, lewd, lascivious, harassing, and/or contrary to the principles, tenets, and Mission Statement of Our Organization.
